All of our items are secondhand, preloved, and often vintage. While we inspect every piece with care, some do have natural wear and what some may consider flaws. We feel natural wear and markings add individual and unique character to pieces. Any major markings or flaws will be noted + pictured. Once an item is delivered, we are not responsible for it being stolen or damaged. We do not offer refunds or returns unless there was a major marking or flaw that we missed and wasn’t disclosed.
